Awesome protein muffins/cake

I found this on a web site and I'm in love!
1-egg beaten
3 TBS- Unsweeted Vanilla Soy Milk (or whatever kind you like)
2 TBS- Sugar Free Torani Vanilla Syrup (or whatever kind you like)
2 TBS- Sugar Free Apple Sauce (you can use oil if you want)
3 TBS- Multi-Grain Pancake Mix
1 TSP- Sugar Free Jello Mix (I used kiwi strawberry)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein powder (I use Max Protein)
Tip dry into wet.
Mix
Once its all mixed you can now make 12 mini muffins in a sprayed mini muffin tray
or
Pour it into a 2 cup measuring cup and microwave for 2 min. If the top looks damp I just wipe it off. Once it separates from the cup tip it over and let it cool on a rack. It will look soggy for a few minutes until it is cooled down.
Nutritional Values for the way I made it:
16 muffins 2 per serving
35.7 Cal, .5 fat, 3 chol, 73.7 sod, 5.7 pot, 3.7 carb, .4 fiber, 1.1 sug, 3.9 prot
4 slices of cake 1 slice per serving
71.5 cal, 1 fat, 6 chol, 147.4 sod, 11.4 pot, 7.3 carb, 2.2 sug, 7.7 prot
