Question for trainers - one thigh is .25 to .50 inch larger

pretty normal- no one is perfectly symmetrical.
Keep working and make the slacker try to catch up.0 -

nope completely normal-
most people are slightly bigger on their dominate side- or if they had an injury- the other side tends to be bigger. My left arm is shorter- smaller and generally more a pain- but I train the hell out of it to get it to catch up!!!
BB work helps even things out- you force both sides to work at the same rate. The only time you would wand to be doing specific isolated stuff is if you were severely atrophied or had a injury that left one side much weaker.0 -
