What weight lifting program should I go for?

Hi everyone,

I recently went to the doctor's office and was shocked to find out that I am at 25% body fat. I am 5.3 ft and 110 lbs.

I've finished Insanity twice and I will be finishing T25 Beta Phase in a week.

I would like more definition and obviously, to decrease my body fat and increase my muscle mass so I was thinking about lifting. What do you think about Chalean Extreme or Les Mills Pump?
