Hey everyone my name is Samantha, I am 26 currently weighing in at 232.4. I put in my entry to have a goal weight of 145 just because you have to have a weight down. The scale to me is just a number to me. I am more worried about being a much healthier, fit me. I am slowly getting back into my clean eating lifestyle as well as working out, I just had a c-section two weeks ago so I have to get back into my workouts as my body heals. I am on this site to hopefully find people that I can help support and that can support me as I am on my journey to health and fitness.
