I started my weightloss journey about 7 months ago now (I have ALWAYS been over weight, and BC blew me even more up like a balloon) and I am down, just over 80lbs. Still have a long way to go inorder to reach my goal, but I am getting there. I didnt start for anyone other then me. And I think that is what has helped me most with this journey. Although the "OMG" moments when people are like "You look amazing" do make you feel great!!!!
I have a problem where I will drop a lot of weight like 10lbs in 2 weeks and then the following 2 weeks I maintain or lose very little.
I currently work out 6 days a week, 3 nights of Zumba classes, 2 nights of BootCamp and a day of running. I have found that from the strength training at Bootcamp Im building muscle which helps me burn more calories and fat during Zumba.
Does anyone have an advice how I regulate my weight loss. I have tried eating different in what would be the "first" two weeks of losing but then I just dont lose at all.
Also I am fantastic at helping Motivate others. Its one of my new years resolutions to be an inspriation. Add me to your friends. If I can do it. Anyone Can!!
