Back on Track

Hi everyone....
I have been away for too long.... It has been a difficult few months and I reverted back to old habits of not taking care of myself. So as of this morning we are BACK on TRACK. Eating right and exercise, I know these were the things to do when the difficulties began... I pray I have truly learned this lesson so the next time things get hard/business I will stay on track.

Reading the posts and blogs this morning I was encouraged to keep moving forward.

    Been there done that. Nice thing is, it never too late to start over again and get back on track. Only takes a few days to fall back in old ways and weeks to get back on track. But just waking up and telling your self you will do what it takes, is the first step each day.
