Okay now I know this is not big or anything but I am so excited about this journey..

I am starting at 400 pounds , 68 inches and 21 years old.


Now in the past when I went on those so called DIETS. I would Always do some excercise. But everytime I started to feel pain I stopped.

I have been on MFP for 4 days and I have started my excercise as well.

I know it is not alot of time but I have been doing 30 minutes of High impact cardio and boy do I sweat, and after 15 minutes I want to stop because of the pain but I have actually been pushing through and finished the whole excercise video (i have NEVER finished a excercise video or session) and I feel great. It hurt but It felt so good feeling the sweat pour of off me, and than at night I do a wal 20 minutes or so but I am going to start upping that..

What kind of excercise do you guys do with NO equipment.
I use canned veggies and ofcourse excercise vids..

    Why are you in pain?

    Any amount of exercise is good to start, so good for you! Keep it up.

    There are a lot of exercise videos with no equipment but why no equipment? Weights are the best!
  • Walking, Yoga, PIlates, Zumba are all things I do with no equipment :)

    Is this muscle pain (burning) or joint, tendons etc.

    Push though muscle pain. Don't screw around with joints, that will put you down for a long time.


    For no machine exercise I enjoy running.

    I also have tried convict conditioning body-weight program.
  • I am going to start the 30 day shred on Monday. I also have weights and a weight bench at home and sometimes I use the wii.
  • Are you really in pain? If your truly in pain then pushing through isn't usually a good idea but I'm pretty sure your taking about my kind of pain. Meaning your muscles are just not used to you torturing them and are screaming for you to stop the madness. Lol. First of all your totally wrong. This IS BIG!!!! IT'S HUGE!! Making the choice to complete an exercise when you know good and well you don't have to or really even want to is a huge (and I dare say life changing) thing! Be proud of your big victory! Don't downsize it!! Your doing great!

    Haha thanks guys, no the pain is from pushing through the excercise, like the muscles are saying girl sit down and stop lol
