My Experience... For what it's worth!

So I just thought I would share a story as I am very happy today.
You see I started this deal about 4 months ago. My first 3 months were awesome. I lost 25 pounds. It actually felt too easy. After 3 months things slowed down. For 3 - 4 weeks I just maintained my weight or was up a bit. I figured it was a plateau. Now I have never gone this far with weight loss before, I just never stuck to it. This time I am determined. So finally this week after no movement - bam, 2 pounds down. So I guess what I am saying is, if you find yourself stuck on a certain weight, don't get frustrated and discouraged. Keep with it. I didn't change anything, I just kept with what I was doing. I told myself this will work, it has to. Also let me tell you this, as this would always be the point where I give up hope and quit, I have never felt so good and fell like I have seriously accomplished something. Best feeling I have had yet, and now I have found some serious motivation!
Just though I would share because I am sure there are many people in my shoes. Don't give up! Keep on truckin' my brothers and sisters!

Thanks for sharing this. I am in the same boat. I keep losing the same 10 pounds over and over again. I really need to push through that first plateau, and stop getting discouraged and making excuses.0
