Hello all!
I am looking for some supportive members to help with motivation and weight loss/ tone up tips! I had a goal of losing 30 lbs and have successfully lost 10 of it. Now I need some help with the next 20! I was eating 1200 calories a day, working out 4x a week which included 30-90 minutes of cardio on each of those days and weight lifting. I have hit a plateau and have not lost an inch or pound for a month. I'm obviously doing something wrong here! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

First off, way too go! That's awesome! You obviously had serious dedication! It sounds like you are doing everything right but maybe you are overdoing it? 1200 calories a day mixed with (what sounds like) hardcore cardio? You may be putting your body in starvation mode, causing it to hold onto every calorie it gets. Maybe you should bump up your calories to 1500 and switch up hardcore cardio for some yoga. That sounds crazy but try it for a week and see what happens. (I would weigh everyday though and if you gain more than a pound or two within the first three days, revise it)
Hope this helped and best of luck! xx

Maybe a chance your body has adjusted to your calories and workouts. The body seeks balance so if we keep a set calories or workout for a long period the body adjusts. maybe try taking a week or two and upping your calories, i dont know what your daily levels should be but add a couple hundred calories, switch up your workouts, maybe try to implement more weights and see if you cant kick your fat burning engine back in gear. my 2 cents, good luck...0
