22 years old..198pounds..and 5'3

Though I weigh 198 -- my weight distributes it self differently. A LOT of people think I weigh 140. So I don't look..BIG..I am just thick.

I have never been large, I'm just chunky, and I usually weight a lot.


Recently I have found things that work for me personally.

1.Water..Water...Water!!! (I don't drink anything else)
2. I don't eat; Pork, Beef, (I have not eaten beef in 10months, and I haven't eaten pork in 5months) both I have tried to eat when I was to lazy to go make something. They both made me INCREDIBLY sick. I was puking, and on the toilet.
I eat fish,chicken,turkey that is all
3. I recently have tried to stop eating bread its not difficult..its just a lot of sweets that I like are bread; Donuts. Honey Buns. Cakes.
White, wheat, does not matter it makes me gain. I can have one piece of a bread and I am automatically up a pound.

I admit I have kinda fallen into junk food like above so I have gained 3 pounds, and lost 3 pounds, gained, and lost lol.

I weighed 204 February/12/2014 by February/14/2014 I had lost 4 pounds just by doing the above.

(Its difficult for me to find a time to workout. I work nights (I'm a nurse) It hard to stay awake after that. So I usually go to sleep) -I just got off work 2hours ago .- I am EXHAUSTED-

February/14/2014-February/21/2014 I was stressed out...turned to my favorite snacks...went back up 203

February/21/2014-February/28/2014 I lost 3.4 pounds again, just by doing the same things stated up there. (I had a piece of cake in that week.. :D I will not lie..it was DELICIOUS lol)


Previously before this though. I weighed 196 and got all the way down to 184...Just by doing the same things mentioned up there. It just works for me surprisingly. I did not excersize. PERIOD.

My highest weight is 204.
