I'm not saying that it tastes just like fudge, because it doesn't (it's a little salty and grainy and tastes more a bit like salted caramel)...but it tastes pretty d@mn good, AND it has 7 grams of protein per 120 calorie serving.

Yeah but not the same kind of cheese, lol. My sister actually ordered a cheesecake once in Toronto, and it totally tasted like... cheese, with sugar. Disgusting.0
