Chocolate Cheese Fudge

I'm not saying that it tastes just like fudge, because it doesn't (it's a little salty and grainy and tastes more a bit like salted caramel)...but it tastes pretty d@mn good, AND it has 7 grams of protein per 120 calorie serving.

Yumminess.

Well, don't knock it, until you've tried it. Consider exhibit A: cheesecake.

    Oddity issue: solved

Yeah but not the same kind of cheese, lol. My sister actually ordered a cheesecake once in Toronto, and it totally tasted like... cheese, with sugar. Disgusting.

Ingredients say havarti, not a cheese that I would pair with chocolate. Savory items, sure, but not sweet.

I love cheese and apples. Cheese and fig spread. I'd probably love cheese and chocolate.
