I know this is old topic, but the most recent post I can find are those who started a month or so ago. I would like to begin again. I am thinking that for the first couple weeks, I am not going to complete the workouts according to the given schedule. I'm thinking I may try to complete the first 30 days with a few more rest days than they recommend. I haven't been working out, I have a knee with no cartilage, and I'm almost 44. Like most, I have work, family, and myself to manage. However, I told myself that I either decide to be fit or fat. I choose fit.
I have completed this program before and know it works. Therefore, I am fishing for anyone interested in starting the program this weekend or early next week. Please, serious takers only. Like most, I want new friends who can be dedicated, not fizzle out if they get a little sore, and aren't afraid to tell me to get my butt out of bed and get the workout done!
