So far so good

My new journey into better health and fitness is into the 6th week. In that time, I am eating healthy and limiting carb intake (45-60g per meal). Drinking what seems like a gallon of water a day and have almost eliminated diet sodas 1-2 a week vs. 2-3/day).

I have dropped 13 lbs and the pain in my knee is almost gone! I have maintained a fitness regiment (aerobic walking) and cannot believe how much more energy I have just exercising 45 mins a day. BTW...my BP has dropped from 168/94 to 132/71.

This forum has a lot to do with my success and for that I say thank you!!

    That's wonderful, so how are your eating habits and do you get cravings. That's what i suffer with.
