How to fit in C25k and HIIT

Just wanted some input before I make the jump. My work is currently hosting a "wellness" challenge for c25k so I figured I'd sign up, and maybe win hah.

Currently I do HIIT 4 times a week for 45 minutes. It's a pretty high speed lift heavy *kitten* workout. I am just wondering what would be the best way to work C25k in others opinions. I currently work 6a-2p Tues-Sat and do HIIT Mon-Thurs.

Would it work to do the 30 min C25k workouts on Fri/Sat/Sun? That would give me 7 days a week of exercise, and I am a little concerned about wearing myself out to the point I can't keep it up. Should I double it up with HIIT? I am taking DOMS, nutrition, and rest into account and just seeing how to fit it all in my schedule.

Any input?
