Hey everyone!
I'm wondering, what are goo sodium/sugar levels to keep under to maximize weight loss?I currently try to do under/at 30 grams of sugar per day (usually through fruits/greek yogurts but half to coffees
). However, I let MFP decide my sodium intake (which is currently 2300/day). Should I change any of these levels?
Thank you!

I'm not diabetic or pre-diabetic, and I don't have high blood pressure, so I don't pay any attention to either of them. Sugar is a carb, and I track carbs, I drink plenty of water so sodium intake is meaningless.

If you have medical issues, then by all means track these things. MFP will allow you to change your settings to track something else.....I track fiber.0
