Hey guys!
I'm Nikki! A south Ga sorority girl! I have a BIG goal... I think it's pretty possible though... I want to lose 200 pounds by May 4, 2015 my college graduation. I'm determined and have already begun my workout regime and diet! I'd love any and all support given!! I really want to better my lifestyle and become healthy!

Welcome! I've just started as well (although I lost about 50lbs doing weight watchers before)! You have an awesome goal in mind and goals are always helpful!! I do have to say that to reach your goal of 200lbs by then that is an average of 3.5lbs a week and that is really a lot to do each week. The best is to lose between .5 and 1.5lbs a week (according to MFP and WW). So all I can say is don't be discouraged if you don't lose the whole 200 by then. Any progress is progress.
