Hello everyone. This is my first time really tracking my calories and I would like to know if anyone has had any success just tracking calories and not exercising??
I mean I'm not against exercising, but I want to start off slow so I don't just lose a bunch of weight and then gain it all back. I'm trying to get off of this roller coaster.

I haven't done any exercising aside from walking around my Office at work like normal and I've lost over 10lbs in one month counting calories alone. I will be exercising eventually but I am trying to get my asthma under control first before I go down that path. Feel free to add me I'd love to help you along in your Journey.0
