Is this normal?

I took a lift class and a kick class yesterday. Ever since, my arms, legs and my back have been burning. It's been 12 hours since lift class and I feel like I'm on fire! Is this normal?

    Yep it will pass and soon you'll feel and look awesome. If its your very first class it could be sore for 3-4 days.

    Hate to mention this haha but I generally feel even more sore 2 days after taking a class!

    I'm not very sore, because I only lifted 15 pounds yesterday, it being my first class. But the burn makes me feel like I have a fever or something!

    Yeah it is usually worse on the 2nd day. It is completely normal even now a year in I still sometimes get a pickly heat type burning when doing classes like spin that really push me but it goes away within an hr now :)
