How do I input my exercises?

I want to add some p90x workouts to my daily exercise routines but when I search for it to put it in...nothing shows up. Also...for 30 day shred...are we burning the same amount of calories for every level? or does the amount of calories burned depend on what level we are completing?

If I have to create my own workout in the database I don't know how many calories burned to put in.

Any suggestions?

    You will need an HRM to get an accurate estimate of calories burned. In the absence of that you can enter the resistance training days as circuit training and plyo as aerobics, high impact.
