newbie needing friends!

Hi guys! I'm here for inspiration! I'd really like to improve my diet and my fitness... and make some friends on the way :)

To be honest, I'd be happy with maintaining or losing a little weight (my goal is 110 lbs), but my main focus is getting in better shape. I think recording my food and workouts publically and getting that extra push will really help.

I enjoy long-distance running, yoga... and wine.
