Cheat Day?

My cheat days just sort of just happen whenever, but that is the best part of exercising several days a week and being able to eat some of those calories back. If i know I am going out saturday night I am most certainly doing something to make up the difference.
Also I still track what i eat and try to still stay in my maintain goal.
Also dont cry over spilled milk. Its just a day. Even the best are only good 90% of the time.0
