how much weight do you have to lose to start noticing?

So I have lost 9 pounds so far and I still feel huge although my measurements went down. At how much of a lost should I expect to see change

Great work with losing 9 pounds!:) As far as noticing, it all depends on where one's body naturally stores fat. Since fat is peeled away from the whole body rather than one spot, it might take a good while to notice the fattest part going down, like the tummy. That's why it seems that the fattest part is the last to go. Keep on rolling and doing the right stuff - one day(hopefully in the near future), you WILL notice. Like all of a sudden those pants that were previously too tight in the waist are now comfortable!:)

I've lost about 8 lbs and while I don't see a big difference in the mirror, my clothes fit me a lot better, and my workout pants that didn't fit me at all the last time i was this size fit me pretty well this time around, so I can tell even though it might not feel like it, or the scale might not necessarily show it, I do notice a little bit of a difference.

It'll happen, don't worry. You look at yourself every day, so you may not notice little changes happening. If you havent already, take pictures every week or so and see if you can tell from them.

I've noticed a consistent inch off my waist for every 10 lbs of weight I lost.

I'm down almost 30 lbs and I notice it the most in my arms and legs, they're a lot more defined than when I started. My core is definitely thinner, although it's harder to tell. Keep at it.
