Sugar Issues

For a while now, i've been having crazy sugar binges. I think some would be aghast. I've been trying to read for, not diets, but ways of eating. Throughout the day, I may be really good, eating salads, veggies, fruits, yogurt, nuts. But at the end of the day it's like a whole other me.

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone that rollerblades (8-10 mph regularly) and therefore needs some carbs, but to help kick this unhealthy eating style?
