Healthy Cookies
I tried making this recipe tonight and they turned out pretty good.
2 ripe bananas - mashed well
1 cup quick cooking oats (dry)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 heaping tablespoon natural peanut butter
Mix well, drop by spoon on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 mins.
I thought they would flatten out but they held their shape.

these are amazing! especially right out of the oven. Butterscotch chips are also awesome in there... never tried the peanut butter though!0
