Having problems eating the amount of calories set for me.

Trouble going over or going under?
How much does MFP tell you to eat?

If its over the best thing is to plan ahead....pick a day of the week and plan some meals out and take an hour to look up all of their nutrional info on here. For example I know for breakfast each week I think of 3 choices I can have and I know that they are all under 250 and keep me full...same for lunch. Dinner is also good to plan for the week so its easier grocery shopping. If you eating under your calories be careful.... it will put your body into starvation mode and you wont lose at all no matter how hard you work. Also if its under try and fill it with something nutrious that may not fill you up, like a glass of milk for example.0
