NSV in Aerobics Class

Today I went to a new aerobics class. I was called out by the instructor for doing it right and giving my all. She said I was a good example for other people who want a higher intensity option.

To think that two years ago, I was the person hiding at the back of the class, barely making it through the lowest level of intensity.
