How do I loose my love handles and thighs?

My biggest problem is my thighs*thunder thighs* and stomach area.What are the do's and don't that I should follow?foods to avoid,exercises to do..And yes this batwings/flabby arms.

    Lower body fat percentage with a calorie deficit. Fat comes off where it wants to come off, and there's no way to spot reduce unfortunately.

    Eat your cals, exercise, drink water, take rest days, get good sleep. And have patience - it will happen!
