Any words of wisdom for someone who has been slowly and continually losing weight but just had a partial knee replacement at the age of 45?

If you are looking for exercise to help while you heal, how about light swimming? Something to move the rest of your body until your knee heals enough for more movement. You can do water aerobics and "favor" your one knee until it is stronger. There is less gravity on it when in the water so you can stand and move other body parts. Also google chair exercises! Keep up the food logging and make sure your and follow your physician's recommendations for any supplements you might need, like maybe calcium? And be sure and follow any physical therapy instructions you were given. Good luck.0
