For all of you who have sedentary lives and spend (way too much!) time in front of a computer screen, here's a totally FREE software for avoiding Repetive Strain Injury (RSI)

Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit.
It runs on Linux and Windows.

I used it after suffering a low-back problems, and it remembers me to take pauses away from the computer and to do simple relaxation excercies. It's very effective and I hope you'll enjoy it!
