Not enuff info to make a complete diagnosis.

Is that in one meal, day, week...?

    1 meal, yikes!
1 day, was there a stack of bones? Was the carbs a salad bowl of potato mashers?
    1 week,.. eat some more!

if you've got healthy kidneys not a prob.

Too much protein in you're diet is only problematic if you have a pre-existing kidney issue (excess protein does NOT cause kidney issues in healthy kidneys - its an awesome organ and like the heart does benefit from a good workout every now and again).

Excess protein though is not ideal as a fuel source (replace the additional protein with fat (not trans fats though)).

Enjoy your steaks dude - at least I hope that's where you got your protein from - otherwise you must have been eating for ages if your got it from beans!!

    346g of protein,
Why? Nutritionally unless you're an elephant that's pretty pointless and a terrible way to fuel your body. But hey whatever you want

He ate 8 cups of yogurt that equaled 184 g of protein.

Just for anyone who was asking, his diary is public.

diary is open but not complete other than the last few days.

Given the lack of exercise / weights recorded, I see no need to down 152g of Protein shakes (when a 25g scoop should be more than sufficient ... or two scoops max).

600 calories from protein shakes isn't sustainable.

No, you won't die, you'll just start getting bigger, stronger, faster.

    On a serious note
600 calories from protein shakes is very sustainable, Protein is available everywhere and it is used as a pure source of protein to access. No different than eating straight top sirloin if I wanted to do it. I have always done it like this for years.

I dont keep track of all of my lifts and exercises on MFP, but I am sure I can outlift 99% of the people on this forum. What evidence says I should only have 2 scoops? I could utilize it and have 100% of my protein from shakes and it makes no difference.

Protein will always utilize more calories to digest than any other nutrient and those cutting it can be more effective at dropping calories due to the amount used for metabolization and gluconeogenesis

I did a near pure protein fast to make up for the upcoming days, there are no true "24 hour lines of absorption". I could

In my opinion, your carbs and fats are a bit too low. Indeed that is a lot of protein as well. What was your fiber intake?

I'm currently losing weight on 250g+ carbs.
