Sorry this is entirely non diet related....

What do you think the chances of survival are for a relationship in which a man has proposed marriage, and been denied?

Please be kind, this is my personal situation, and it's very difficult.

I denied him because I'm not ready, I'm not sure he's the one. I thought he was at one point but he's not. I'm 30, he's 44, there's quite the age gap.
