    Logging and myself are a long story! Lol I don't eat as much as mfp says I should eat so it's always pissed at me. I had weight loss surgery I weighed 642 pounds and the outlook was grim I made the toughest decision I've ever had to make... But right now I'm on a low carb diet not a calorie restriction diet so those croutons did nothing by mess up my ketosis lol.. Thank you guys for helping me be accountable though
