Reset TDEE or On Trend?

I have recently (last week) increased my calorie goal to a healthier level of TDEE-20%. Today was my weekly weigh-in day & I showed a loss of 3.7lbs. Obviously this is far more than the .9ish pounds than I am "supposed" to lose on average. However, looking at my 3-month weight trend this is right in line w/ my weight loss so far.
Should I assume last week's weigh in was a bit inflated & this is fine because it is "on trend" for my body, or do I need to reevaluate my TDEE?

I'd wait a couple more weeks at least before changing anything. Especially if you just increased your calorie intake a week ago.0
