Am I eating to little?

Can someone look at my food diary. I have several people tell me I'm not eating enough. But I eat when I'm hungry. And I try to make the healthy choices.

A couple of questions. Where did hte 1300 cals come from? Did you manually set that or did MFP set that for you? Are you being to aggressive with your weight loss pwe week? If it is set at 2, maybe drop down to 1 lb/wk to see what a difference that makes in your hunger. The loss may be slower but you won't be hungry all the time.
I also notice that you are not meeting the protein target. And MFP sets is quite low. So one thing to so is to up the protein. Greek yogurt, chicken, meats in general, etc. Protein will help make you feel full longer. HTH0 -

2. If you aren't already using one, get and use a food scale. Weigh all solids. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate:

I looked at your previous posts and it seems you are not losing but, rather, gaining weight so no, you aren't eating too little. There are inaccuracies somewhere on what you are taking in or burning. You are not eating in a deficit.0
