I haven't been to the gym since December. My previous weight was 12st 11lbs. I have been inactive since then. I have been going to bed around 3am -4am lately. Waking up around 2pm-3pm on my days off. I have been eating a lot of unhealthy foods. When I weighed myself last week I was 13st.4lbs. :-(. When I weighed myself on a normal scale yesterday, my weight shot up to 13st 7lbs. When I weighed myself on my digital scale I was 14 stones. On my other scale it was 13stones 7lbs.
Are digital scales accurate?

Depends on how old the scale is, whether it needs new batteries, etc.

It's best to just pick a scale, keep it in the same spot, and weigh yourself first thing in the morning without clothes, after going potty. That will be your most accurate weight.

You have to be consistent with your scale. Don't go using 5 different scales.

It's accurate for me. Use the same scale, weigh yourself the same time of day (I do it first thing in the morning after peeing). Expect some normal fluctuations in weight for water weight gain or time of the month.
