Is anyone using the REBOOT?

I am just coming off a strict HRM diet (I became allergic to the prepared foods) where I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks. Thant's the good news. I now wish to detox and get back to a more vegetarian diet and would like to start a 10 day Reboot. Is anyone familiar with this -- I have all the instructions and the "recipes" (juices etc) but just wanted to hear from anyone who "has been there".
I have a problem thyroid (been on Synthroid for about 13 months) and exercise 6 days a week - walking and water aerobics.
