Hi all, I,m fairly new to this site Im 5'3" and currently 130lbs and my goal is to be 115lbs before August for my holidays I hav already lost 5 lbs I do 2 hours jogging on my trampette but in between that I do sumo squats and lunges with an 8kg kettle bell at least 5 times a week I only weigh on a riday with my work mates as they want to shape up too, I don't see any change in my shape at all, I did quit smoking two months ago also and I do have bad days with food say twice a week or so, which will be a take out or crisps or biscuits but a reasonable healthy portion I have been doing all of this since mid january this year but I want to see more weight loss a little bit quicker, what am I doing wrong? I do have a full time job and three kids and im 29 this year.

The closer you are to goal, the more slowly you lose. That's just how the human body works. With 15 lb. to lose, set your goal to .5 lb. per week and be patient.

Edited to add: Eat "healthy" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats (like takeout, potato chips & cookies) into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.0
