Nauseous after Juicing

I just bought a juicer, mostly in part to not waste veggies/fruits I can't get through fast enough otherwise. This morning I made my first mixture consisting of:
-1 Granny Smith Apple
-1/2 Cup Blueberries
-3oz of Baby Carrots
-2 handfuls of Kale
This was about 6oz of juice, and I got through about 3oz of it before I yakked it back up (*note, this was the only thing in my stomach) I'm assuming because this was my first time juicing, and after a quick search saw it was a fairly common thing.
Any advice on how to avoid this in the future? I probably plan on drinking any sort of juice 2-3 times per week.
