Breat reduction surgery

Hey! I'm getting breast reduction surgery in a week or so (I'm a little nervous). Currently a DD/DDD, I was thinking I would like to go down to a full C cup (my mom did the same thing and was pleased with the results). After recovery, I'd like to lose 25-30 lbs., but I'm a little concerned about how much smaller my chest will get as I start losing weight after the surgery. I've lost this much weight before with minimal effect on my chest size (I ended up looking more like Jessica Rabbit ), but I know things will be different this time because I'll be working with a smaller chest from the beginning. Has anyone else started a weight loss program after breast reduction surgery? Were you still pleased with the results and feel proportional, or were you disappointed because despite great weight loss, your chest ended up being smaller than you wanted? Advice welcome.
