Anybody can suggest me an up- to date great strength training book NOT for beginners?
Although I did't lift for a while, I am not a complete newbie and most book seem to explain the same very basic stuff.I heard about the New Rules of Lifting for women , but I had a quick glance at it today and not too impressed.
It had very few pictures , which I think it is important to teach proper form. Plus half of the book was recipes and irrelevant stuff.
I already have 2 strength training book . The total strength training , which is a good book for beginners . My second book called Supervixen and written by Negrita Jayde who was a female bodybuilder . This book is awesome because tell you details. Like if you squat depending on how wide your feet are , it changes which muscle working the most. However this book is over a decade old , and some information is outdated.
Any new book out there
with detailed information?
