It's only been about 40 days for me, but I've already lost 8 pounds! I went shopping for my prom dress yesterday and found out I had lost 2 dress sizes! I never thought I'd get to where I am and I love this feeling. I was just starting to accept nothing would ever work for me until I found this site (wow, I sound like I'm in a bad infomercial). I can't wait to get to my ideal weight and finally feel comfortable with who I am. (Now I really feel like I'm in a bad infomercial).
