Some friendly competition/motivation

Hey guys, I'm Daniel from Southern California!

I've been using MFP for about 1 1/2-2 years now and I'm down 98lbs! I started losing the weight at the end of my senior year in 2012; at my graduation I was 250lbs and 5'6 so I was like a ball. Today, I'm around 152 and looking to lose 10-15 lbs of fat and put on 20 lbs of muscle. I'm pretty athletic now, I play volleyball as a libero and I'm an avid runner.

It would be cool to have some friends here to a like minded and are just starting out to build up some muscle.

We can share recipes, exercises, tips, etc!
