Eating a banana while I read through this. Funny to think about someone eating so many bananas, about two a week is all I can stand.

eating a raw vegan diet isnt an eating disorder, (seriously people..do some nutional research) but if you're going the vegan route then you do need to eat a healthy balanced diet.

Anyone can eat fries for a week and call themselves vegan, but thats not what that lifestyle is about.

I would be interested in seeing a sample meal plan of a "80/10/10 raw vegan diet" that was "healthy and balanced". The diet is by definition (80/10/10) woefully short of what I believe to be the minimum optimal protein *and* fat requirements which leads me to believe that it could not possibly be "healthy and balanced".

Or perhaps I am misinterpreting what is meant by "healthy and balanced".

I highly recommend trying the raw vegan diet that is based on 80/10/10 and judge it for yourselves.

Everyone's body/lifestyle is different so you have to try this out and see if it works for you.

Personally I am in love with eating raw and enjoying each and every minute of it.
