Trying to Get Back on Track

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums, but I've been using this site for a while to track my food. I've been dying to get down to a more healthy weight, plus I am trying to lose weight to take pressure off my knees, which I've had some serious problems with. Between tracking my calories, diet supplements, and trying a psychologically-based diet program I was able to start losing last fall, and dropped a few pounds. But then I stopped really paying attention to my diet and have been stuck in a range of a few pounds. I'm trying now to get back on track with everything so I can start losing again, and figured I would try the forums and such on here! I'll be happy to make any friends I can!
