Middle of arms aching

Right on the cubtial fossa , its been a while since i was lifting weights. Any way to speed up the process of recovery?

I didn't even do much weight lifting about 3 to 4 minutes a day 20kg free weights. And 10 minutes medium rowing.

Cant remember how long it took last time , all i know is i took to a long a break and i broke routine.
