Does cardio helps build sexy body curves or weight lifting? I know my calorie intake helps overall.

OR is the wrong Boolean operator. AND is the appropriate one here. Cardio improves cardio-respiratory efficiency, burns calories, and exercises certain muscle groups based on your activity of choice. Lifting allows you to exercise and overload all muscle groups, increase your lean body mass (or at least preserve what you have), and that increased muscle mass then burns calories even at rest. Stronger muscle, stronger heart, improved oxygen uptake and processing come from combining the effects of cardio and resistance training. HIIT, circuits, alternating days ... whatever works best for you and that you'll stick with.0

"sexy body curves" is, well.....kinda subjective so while I can't give you specific advice on that, I will say:
1. Eat in a deficit
2. Start a full body lifting routine so that you can speed up the rate of fat loss
3. Use cardio as a tool to help you maintain your calorie deficit.
4. Get closer to goal weight and then you can decide the best course of action to get them sexy body curves.0 -
