I just started working Nocs this week (7p-7a) and I'm wondering how everyone logs their food. For the last 2 days I've logged breakfast as when I get up at 3/3:30pm, then lunch is around 10pm and dinner is around 3am. Give or take an hour or so. My problem lies on my first off day, since I switch back to a normal day schedule here at home.
Like today. I worked last night, slept til 2:30 this afternoon. When I woke up at 3, I logged my breakfast and now here it is 4:30pm and I'll be eating dinner with my family tonight around 6:30. I'll be missing a whole meal and a lot of calories, right? Is there really any way around that?
