TDEE Question - HELP!

I'm not sure I'm going to get to the gym today and my TDEE is based on daily 55 minute workouts. Should I eat less calories today because of this?

TDEE is for those who eat a consistent amount of calories everyday regardless of exercise.0 -
I thought that amount was based on your exercise level though?0

What I should also mention, is that I eat 500 below my TDEE so I can lose weight. My TDEE is 2208, BMR is 1379. Like I said, I those numbers are based on a daily 55 minute workout. They would be lower if I did not workout.0

If you didn't work out I would eat less.0

I tend to eat the same amount even on rest days - you'll be fine if you eat the same or a little less.0

I only ate 13 calories less because I thought I was going to make it tonight
. Bummed out.
