New Muscle Gain Routine?

Does anyone know of a good routine that is approx. 4 days a week and splits up each day to concentrate on different body parts? I like the current routine I have but am afraid it is starting to get a little dull and want to mix things up a bit. I don't want my body to get to used to it. Currently my workout consists of one day concentrating on Biceps and Triceps. The next is Shoulders and Traps. Then is Leg day. And last I have Chest and Back. It seems quite well balanced and each day has 6-8 different workouts with 3 sets a piece. I am not crazy about full body workouts because it doesn't feel as if I am pushing my muscles to their full potential since they are getting tired out from everything else. Any other workout suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!
