So I've been hitting it pretty regularly for about 3 months now. My goals are to lose weight AND gain enough muscle within reason (i.e. without living at the gym). I work out between 3-5 times per week.

Muscle mass is REALLY coming on amazingly well. I am very happy with my muscle gain, but not so much my fat loss.

Considering fat loss is systemic, I'm wondering at what % body fat can a 6'00" man expect to see a noticeable reduction in double chinnery?

I'm certain there is no formulaic answer, so I guess I'm asking for subjective opinions/answers.

My fitbit Aria scale says I'm 27% body fat currently. I *assume* that if I were 7% body fat that I would *NOT* have a double chin ;-). So the question is, at what body fat % should I expect to see it leave the building?

Thanks!
PW

It hasn't gotten smaller at all? My head is the only part of me that seems to be losing weight. I still have the extra chin but it's noticeably smaller. I think it's one of those hard to get rid of spots like the arm fat that likes to stick around forever.

It's completely individual. Mine disappears as soon as I duck under 90 kg as a 5'5 female. Some people will always have one
